Oh no! I really do need to eat my vegetables!

Going grain-free and eating the greens I never dared to try.

What am I eating?

I’m doing basically GAPS/SCD and allowing dairy if it is either GAPS legal or raw. Because of my nursing daughter's allergies, I am also eliminating peas, and all fruit aside from limited citrus, and limiting fish. I also try to incorporate the practices found by Weston Price and described in Nourishing Traditions - sprouting, fermenting, good quality meats, eggs, etc.

Read more about my food journey and why I chose GAPS.

UPDATE 11/10 - My daughter now tolerates me eating well cooked carrots!

I just want to see:
